Amazing experience getting my first new car . LEWIS was an absolute gem couldn't have helped more especially with finding me the right car . Definitely one of the top sales people in Ford ! I came to pick up today and unfortunately they weren’t done doing the valet so we had a good goss for 20 mins or so ! Couldn’t fault it thanks for making this such a smooth process .

Fantastic service from start to finish when we purchased our Puma ST-Line. Nothing was too much for Jamie and he went above and beyond to make sure it was the right car for us. I recently bought a used ford Puma at M53 ford. The whole experience was very relaxed and professional, and we were well looked after by Jayne. She was easy to talk to and I immediately felt at ease. We felt no pressure at all and everyone seemed friendly. It’s the best dealership I’ve purchased a car from by far, we will definitely be back for future cars and recommend to all. Both Dave and Phil were extremely helpful and tailored a car/finance deal that suited our needs. It's not just been the journey whilst waiting for the car that's been great (we were updated regularly), but the after sales care has been amazing too. The level of service we received has been very friendly and personable and this is definitely the type of sales approach when buying a car we prefer. No questions we had were too much trouble and were answered quickly. I previously had a Puma that I absolutely loved (and was very sad to part with) before this new purchase and I was well looked after by the team with that car too. I would highly recommend the team at M53 Ford Ellesmere Port and I would be more than happy to buy a car from this dealership again. Thank you for a 5 star service 🙂

I took my car here for a recall, it was booked in 3 weeks in advance but when I turned up on the day and time booked they said nothing had been booked in and they didn’t know if they had the parts in to even do it, they started complaining between them about the central booking team and having a rather heated discussion about what to do all while I was stood at the desk rather awkwardly, didn’t seem very professional at all, it seemed like a major inconvenience that I’d brought my car in to be honest. Wasn’t given any paperwork or anything to actually say what work had been carried out either was just given my keys back and told I could go, hope the recall job was actually done as it was as a safety recall for airbags but I’ve got nothing to show it’s actually been done……

For the past 7 years we have always upgraded our Ford cars with M53 Ford. Staff are amazing and friendly, Dave especially always looks after us, and keeps us in the loop when it's time to change. Phil the manager gave us a lovely deal this year and personally thanked us for our custom. Neil was also an amazing sales guy, who treated us well, when we went to look at new fiestas. No pressure to buy, wouldn't go anywhere else. 100% trust in their company..

Very happy with M53 Ford. Matt was the salesman, fairly new in the role but he was well supported by colleagues. The service was excellent, the price competitive and after a week of driving my new (used) Grand C-Max, I remain very happy. I've not purchased from a main dealer before but based on the experience to date, I will definitely do so again. Thanks Matt and thanks M53 Ford.

Recently traded my car in and purchased a new one with Dave. He was very easy going and not too pushy as most car sales places are. The whole process was seamless and the aftercare I have received so far is professional and top notch.
